A Gas Transmission Inspector is needed for a leader in the world of Technical Services and Engineering in the Spring Valley, NY area. responsibilities

• Experience and training in excavation, road, or utility construction

• Emphasis on gas installations, plastic pipe installation, welding, and steel pipefitting

• Oversee construction projects on Gas Transmission and/or Distribution pipelines, gate stations, regulator stations, and downgrades

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from design to final closeout

• Possess managerial skills, computer literacy, and utility industry knowledge

• Inspect work by construction contractors, ensuring adherence to company specifications and safety standards

• Read and interpret drawings, maps, plans, specifications, and procedures

• Maintain accurate field records including daily job reports and material usage

• Knowledgeable in OSHA requirements

• Ensure job sites are maintained safely

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• High school diploma and work experience

• Minimum two years experience in excavation, road, or utility construction

• Available for extended hours and weekends
