  • Description We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Bronx, New York. This role is a part of the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry and is based on a short-term contract. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and responsible for managing front office operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Handle inbound calls efficiently and professionally.

    • Respond to tenant inquiries, both in-person and via telephone.

    • Provide rent receipts to tenants as needed.

    • Execute mass mailings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

    • Take trips to the nearby post office for mailing and pickup.

    • Proficiently use MS Office to maintain records and perform other administrative tasks.

    • Communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

    • Manage walk-ins, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries.

    • Uphold the professional image of our facility by maintaining a well-organized front desk. Requirements - Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

    • Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish, both written and spoken

    • Experience in handling and directing inbound calls in a professional manner

    • Familiarity with mass mailings and related software or tools

    • Ability to promptly and accurately respond to inquiries from clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders

    • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a Front Desk Coordinator or similar

    • Familiarity with real estate property or facilities management industry

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

    • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality

    • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team

    • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Business Administration or related field would be a plus
