Forklift Mechanic

Aerotek is currently hiring for forklift mechanics in the greater Jessup, MD area! Qualfied candidates will be able to perform the following duties:

Job Description:

• Troubleshoot forklifts and material handling equipment and perform immediate repairs

• Perform prescribed preventive maintenance on equipment

• Completes assigned work orders and interfaces with production personnel in troubleshooting or design improvements

• Rebuild and fabricate parts as required

• Generate parts request to ensure adequate inventory

Job Qualifications:

• Prior experience maintaining and repairing forklifts

• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
