Identifies opportunities for growth and development of existing accounts using a consultantive based
solution approach
maximize margins, and increase market share
existing customer retention
Produces accurate forecasts for both existing and new business opportunities
Develops and maintains strategic account plans with all accounts
Links customer objectives to product solutions delivering a total value of fering that creates a
competitive advantage
Creates partnering opportunities with customer principles and key industry executives.
Develops credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitment
Participates with cross-functional teams to provide customer feedback on products and features
as well as competitive information
Actively participates in key industry associations and events
Remains able to work f rom home when not traveling (50% to 75% travel)
Problem solves and communicates ef fectively with work team
Contributes ideas for continuous improvement of workf low and processes
Follows all safety guidelines and procedures
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of progressive sales experience working with strategic/national accounts
Interpersonal, Leadership, and Technical Skills
Strong collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills
Sales Process
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions f rom groups of managers,
clients, customers, and the general public
Work Environment
This is a 100% remote role with 40-50% travel. This company is growing fast which allows you to select your own territory.
