Fitness Instructor

Job Description

The Group Fitness Instructor is responsible for instructing fitness/aquatics classes for members at the Essentia Health Clinic Fitness & Therapy Center. The Specialized Instructor is responsible for developing and instructing training sessions in yoga, pilates, Zumba, belly dance, etc. Position requires high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, co-workers and others.

Education Qualifications

Qualifications

Current knowledge and experience in teaching various aerobic/fitness classes, such as: beginning, intermediate and advanced levels of aquatics, step, spin, kickboxing and/or toning.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Current certification in CPR or ability to attain with 6 months.

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
