Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Description

Daytona Beach area company is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. The company is looking for a minimum of 5+ years of experience. Responsibilities of the FP& A Manager will include, but not limited to the following.

• Prepare timely and accurate reporting and analysis measuring key business drivers, company metrics and financial performance.

• Develop and maintain reporting tools and models to examine key initiatives, variances and opportunities on behalf of management and other internal employees to support informed, strategic decision-making.

• Determine key drivers impacting company income statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flow.

• Contribute to merger and acquisition processes including financial modeling of target companies, integration of historical financials, and reporting and analytics post-close for performance evaluation, synergy tracking, etc.

• Perform market-specific and macro-economic research to identify and analyze major business trends impacting company financial and operational performance.

• Partner with Accounting teams during the month-end close process to identify and explain actual versus forecast, budget, and prior year variances.

• Assist with preparing and reviewing financial packages and presentations for management.

• Contribute to forecast, budget, and long-range planning cycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience.

• Analytical problem solving skills.

• Collaboration/Teamwork - build relationships across departments
