Finance Manager

Description

Our client, a renowned non-profit organization, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team in NYC. As the Finance Manager, you will lead and manage the accounting and finance team to ensure the achievement of financial goals and objectives. You will oversee the planning and administration of departmental budgets, providing historical data and projections for budget development. Additionally, you will ensure the department's financial health by tracking revenues and expenses, analyzing financial data, and maintaining internal controls. You will lead financial analysis processes, develop strategies for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while overseeing the annual budget process. Additionally, you will champion initiatives for continuous improvement in internal controls and financial reporting processes. Requirements

-BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field

-6+ years of experience in finance

-Excellent oral and written communication skills
