    This role will manage field activities involving workers engaged in assembly, installation, maintenance, rehabilitation, equipment audits, training and general repair of all Jetway Systems products.

    Will be familiar with the Bridge, PCA, JetPower Product Lines

    • Able to operate products

    • Ability to perform the necessary maintenance functions including Preventative Maintenance.

    • Ability to troubleshoot systems on all products with assistance as needed

    The ability to use several software programs including TwinCat, CoDeSys, and other control software programs.

    Can work with and within Word, Excel, Access and Syteline programs.

    The candidate should possess the ability to effectively communicate via email, telephone and in person.

    Should have the ability to make logical decisions concerning repair actions on the equipment being repaired independently with little or no supervision.

    Will be able to perform install supervision and commissioning services

    The ability to plan and coordinate several of tasks including field service visits, operator and maintenance training classes and install projects.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in maintenance of or installation of PBB and gate equipment or a related field

    • High School or GED equivalent

    • Knowledge of and practical experience with common industrial production processes including welding, machining, wet painting, powder coating, soldering, brazing, wiring, electro-mechanical assembly and product test is a plus.

    • Excellent problems solving skills and proficient use of quality methodologies such as SPC, Six Sigma, RCCA, and others.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS

    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret manufacturing drawings, Electrical schematics. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to management and/or public groups.

    REASONING ABILITY

    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions.

    COMPUTER SKILLS

    This position requires competent day-to-day use of the following computer skills: MicroSoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Visio; ERP/MRP Systems; and PDM systems such as TeamCenter and CRM systems like Sales Force.
