Overview:

• Pay: $35 to $40 an hour

• Shift: Day shift (M-F)

• Location: Seattle, WA

Job Description:

Property management company looking to hire a Maintenance Technician to mange and perform preventative maintenance on their commercial portfolio of buildings. Job duties may include:

• Provide Field leadership to staff and contractors with maintenance and/or projects as assigned.

• Identify and recommend maintenance or safety needs through company process.

• Coordinate, organize and execute specific tasks as directed.

• Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools.

• Ability to effectively delegate to and support Tech 1 functions.

• Maintain personal and reliable vehicle for work related transportation.

Qualifications:

• Previous commercial building maintenance experience is required

• Must have a valid Driver License
