  • As an Amazon Co-Brand Head of Marketing Director, you will be responsible for driving new account acquisitions for the Amazon co-brand portfolio and developing customer engagement strategies that drive profitable growth and increase customer satisfaction.. You and the acquisitions team will work closely with Amazon and internal Chase stakeholders including risk, finance, marketing , product and technology groups to develop and execute the acquisition strategy for the Amazon co-brand program. You and the marketing team will leverage data, technology and customer insights to develop marketing strategies that engage Amazon co-brand card members throughout their entire life cycle.

    Use your skills to deliver on going new account growth for an industry leading co-brand program and make a meaningful impact to customer engagement and portfolio growth for an industry leading co-brand program. By joining the Chase team that manages that Amazon Co-brand program, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement the acquisition and marketing strategies at scale while partnering with key marketing and product leaders across Chase and Amazon.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Define offer, targeting, pricing and channel strategy for driving new account growth for the Amazon program.

    • Identify growth opportunities in underpenetrated customer segments and then work with key stakeholders to capture the opportunity while staying within Chase's risk appetite.

    • Drive ongoing process enhancements to increase application conversion rates while improving the customer experience.

    • Support testing and other operational steps associated with developing and launching new acquisition offers, creatives and tactics.

    • Manage and provide oversight of contractual marketing funds.

    • Provide coaching, mentoring and development for direct reports.

    • Develop executive level presentations and analysis to be shared with Chase and Amazon leadership teams

    • Partner Closely with Amazon to develop a multiyear strategy to drive card member engagement and card usage.

    • Work closely with Chase Analytics, Finance and Risk teams to develop proforma and targeting strategies to ensure all marketing activity meet required investment hurdles.

    • Continually optimize campaign performance through ongoing experimentation.

    • Effectively negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to secure support and prioritization for key initiatives.

    Required Qualifications

    • 10+ years of credit card marketing experience or similar with proven track record of driving customer acquisitions growth and driving customer engagement.

    • Subject Matter Expert for key acquisition tactics and channels including; instant credit in purchase path, pre-screen, SEO and paid Search, direct mail, refer-a-friend and on-site acquisition.

    • Excellent analytical skills with mastery of P&L drivers and risk management.

    • Customer obsessed with proven track record of identifying key consumer insights and turning them into effective marketing & growth initiatives.

    • Familiar with emerging technology, digital and mobile trends

    • Prior experience in Consumer Packaged Goods(CPG) or similar industry considered a plus

    • Effective leadership skills with proven ability to lead teams, drive change and influence across a variety of levels and areas
