Electronics Technician

Description:

9/80 Schedule: Mon-Thur 6:30am-4pm, Fri 6:30am-3pm (Every other Friday off) Limited OT

Electronic Technician Perform test operations utilizing test methods and or written or verbal instructions as required. Obtain necessary reference documentation as required to perform testing e.g. (Test Methods, Specification Drawings, Schematics). Set up test equipment as required to perform all necessary tests and or troubleshooting of production equipment.

Primary Duties * Read and follow detailed drawings, digital instructions, written procedures and verbal and written instructions. * Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices * Provide recommendations for problem resolution * Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed quality standards * Determines if the designated product passes all test cycles. Collects diagnostic information needed. * Provide input for design improvements and develop assembly techniques. * Process DMRs, and DMIs and others. * Commitment to customer and business focus in areas such as quality of work, attendance and productivity. Overtime may be required. * Adherence to company policies such as safety, respect for others, integrity and workplace rules. * Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

ITAR * Experience working with and assembling hardware systems (mechanical & electrical hardware) * Familiar with Radio Frequency (RF) measurement equipment and testing techniques * Experience with test equipment including signal generators, oscilloscopes, volt meters, spectrum analyzers, power meters, and network analyzers * Good communication and interpersonal skills, working in a teamenvironment
