    • Hourly pay range: $25 - $30

    • Typical work hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm; hours may vary based on business demand.

    The Document Management Administrator is responsible for the care and handling of company/subsidiary records, including record generation, distribution, classification, retention, and destruction in an archive environment.

    As a Document Management Administrator, you will be responsible for daily support activities, including:

    • Facilitate a document management program covering multiple forms and formats of documents and records related to client's business needs.

    • Support management of the repository for electronic data, tools, and reports.

    • Provide information from the Global Document Management System upon request.

    • Support GWS onsite and other internal customers to assure compliance.

    • Provide support for GWS 's GxP audit requirements.

    • Ensure information's integrity, accuracy, accessibility, security, control, and reporting.

    • Support the development and use of standardized reports across multiple document management systems.

    • Reviews, edits, and amends material in various stages of development as needed.

    • General administrative duties: computer skills using MS Office Suite, Adobe, data entry,scanning, uploading, and filing data/documents into Document Management System.

    • Communicates information in written and verbal formats.

    • Answers confidential records information requests from company/subsidiary personnel, government agencies, and private groups.

    • Develops and organizes company archives and organizational history.

    • Adapts procedures, processes, and techniques.

    • Duties and tasks reflect substantial variety and complexity.

    • Serve as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues.

    • Performs all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

    As the Document Management Administrator, you will be expected to:

    Minimum Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    • 4 years of experience in records related activities.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, data entry, scanning, uploading, and filing data and documents into Document Management System.

    • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

    • Organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required.

    • Ability to obtain an appropriate Connecticut driver's license issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles, as requested.

    • Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident.

    • This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization.

    Some physical requirements include:

    • Ability to move light to medium weight materials into desks, filing cabinets, and other storage locations.

    • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.

    • Repetitive wrist movement.

    • Ability to read and understand information contained in a variety of documents or displayed on a computer screen.

    • Ability to use a variety of office equipment and to operate a computer keyboard to access data bases, to send/receive messages and to prepare documents.

    • Ability to attend meetings throughout the site.

    • Ability to communicate with others on the telephone and in one-on-one or group discussions, meetings, and presentations.

    • Some moving of light to medium weight materials into desks, filing cabinets and other storage locations.

    • Cope with demands (stressors) that are associated with the job and/or the work environment so that acceptable levels of performance and overall contribution are maintained.
