    Overview:

    Our client a medical device manufacturer in Eagleville, PA is looking to add a Document Control Specialist to their team! If you are experienced with updating procedures, creating and doing change controls, and filing records for production apply now!

    Responsibilities:

    • Receives, logs, tracks, and processes change requests (CCO) including reviewing for impact, grammar, and formatting, ensuring documents are on appropriate templates.

    • Coordinates and tracks documentation through review and approval stages, assisting in completing change orders and ensuring forward momentum in processes.

    • Maintains records and electronic QMS filing systems, ensuring completeness, and accuracy, and updating logs accordingly.

    • Implements document control policies and procedures to provide high-value, high-quality services for client satisfaction and success.

    • Prepares and controls various document types including Design History Files, Device Master Records, and Device History Records, ensuring compliance with standards and customer requirements.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree, and/or relevant work experience

    • 3 - 5 years of Document Control or Administration experience (medical device preferred)

    • Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task

    • Ability to work well in a cross-functional team
