    Position Summary:

    This position requires a talented and strategic leader to head the Strategy and Portfolio Management Team with responsibility for expanding the product portfolio, including New Product Introductions and creating & executing plans to achieve Country and Regional Product Roadmap Plans. This position will lead a team of three, report to the Technology Design Lead and be a member of the Global Technology Design Team.

    As the Technology Portfolio Management Lead, the successful candidate will have responsibility for creating data-driven marketing strategies that emphasize customer acquisition. They will play a crucial role in driving the commercial success and market expansion of our livestock identification and monitoring solutions and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that maximize product adoption, market penetration, and value creation through innovative business models.

    Specific responsibilities include (but are not exclusive to):

    • Lead and mentor a team of three, promoting high performance and accountability.

    • Develop & execute country and region plans for the entire product portfolio and align Product Lead Teams with After Sales, KA teams, Commercial Operations, and Regional Teams.

    • Develop marketing plans that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand recognition.

    • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, campaigns, and events to drive product adoption.

    • Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize customer acquisition.

    • Manage the product lifecycle, including product improvements and changes, performance support, forecasting and sales follow-up, and EOL/EOS management.

    • Manage portfolio positioning by telling the broader solution story and conducting competitive analysis.

    • New Product Introduction (NPI) Management:

    • Manage NPI portfolio planning

    • Provide NPI transparency to regions for proper budgeting and planning

    • Lead quarterly NPI meetings

    Candidate Profile

    • The ideal candidate has strong experience in Strategy Marketing, precision farming technologies, the livestock industry, and animal health. (S)he will possess a balance between strong strategic and commercial experience to be able to lead and problem-solve across a wide variety of marketing, sales, business development, manufacturing and supply chain related topics. A driven, hands-on, and energetic personality, (s)he will be a natural self-starter with a focused approach to problem solving and a willingness to roll their sleeves up to achieve their objectives.

    • The role will require regional and international travel up to 40% of the time.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

    Required:

    • 10+ years' experience in Strategy in the livestock value chain e.g. animal health, nutrition, genetics, and technology. Global experience is very relevant to the role.

    • Proven track record of success in global commercial leadership roles, preferably within the technology or agriculture sector.

    • Extensive experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product adoption and market expansion.

    • Strong understanding of livestock identification and monitoring solutions, and familiarity with the agricultural industry.

    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

    Travel Requirements:

    • This role requires approximately 40% international travel to support global business operations and customer engagement.

    U.S. Hybrid Work Model

    Expected salary range

    $181,600.00 - $285,800.00
