    THE POSITION

    As a Director of Integrated Supply Chain Project Management here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing projects within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) function. You will leverage your supply chain and project / program management experience and leadership skills to lead a vast cross-functional team to drive site transition projects to successful closure. You will use your advanced leadership abilities to drive Project Execution, Schedule, budget and Cross functional team effectiveness. Knowledge of project management tools is a key attribute. Strong cross-functional leadership experience is a key to success and drive to continuous improvement in our standard transition plans.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining goals, timelines, resources, and budget requirements.

    • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and expectations.

    • Lead cross functional project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure successful project completion.

    • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.

    • Track project expenses, manage budgets, and report on financial performance to stakeholders.

    • Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and other departments involved in the project.

    • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies.

    • Conduct regular meetings to review project status, discuss issues, and make decisions to keep projects on track.

    • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with stakeholder expectations.

    • Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement to enhance future project processes and performance.

    • Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and other relevant information.

    • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

    Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Bachelor's Degree

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management or related roles.

    • Proven experience as a Project Manager/Director, with a successful track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.

    • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project.

    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues in a timely manner.

    • Knowledge of project management best practices, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

    • Experience working in a collaborative team environment, with the ability to foster a positive and productive work culture.

    • PMP certification.
