Director of Hauling Operations

Job Description

A fast-growing waste management company based out of New Jersey is seeking a Director of Hauling Operations to oversee operations in Chestnut Ridge, Chester, and Sloatsburg, New York. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of routing, maintenance, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Experience in the waste or recycling industry is highly desirable. You will oversee the routing, fleet maintenance, productivity enhancement and KPI monitoring when it comes to the hauling portion of the business. Additionally, you will help train and develop new hires, be boots on the ground with your employees and budget management as there is continued growth with mergers and acquisitions.

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years of management experience

-Experience overseeing multiple locations at an operational level

-Experience managing productivity, KPI's and budget

-Should have experience in logistics, supply chain or waste management/recycling -Experience working in waste management or recycling null
