Imagine One Technology & Management is currently seeking a? Data Scientist "contingent" on award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team. This position supports the U.S. Navy in Lexington Park, Maryland.

The **?Data Scientist** develops analytics methods and processes; identifies appropriate methods and tools to extract knowledge from data; leverages large volumes of data to answer challenges; prepares data for use in predictive and prescriptive modeling (data cleansing); automates organizational work through scripts for data processing and analytics; develops and applies algorithms and machine learning methods; applies analytic methods and software tools to design and develop analytic programs; and performs mathematical modeling.

Security Requirements:

• Candidates must have U.S. Citizenship.

• Candidates must have an ACTIVE DoD Secret Clearance (or higher).

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience carrying out duties similar to the functions above.

**?Educational Requirements:??**

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university

• Candidates who do not possess a bachelor's degree can still qualify with one of the following:

• Six (6) years of additional experience, for a total of 16 years of experience, OR

• Associate degree plus four (4) years of additional experience, for a total of 14 years of experience
