Data Entry Specialist

Our client, a leading manufacturer and distributor of probiotics, is looking to add a Data Entry Specialist to their St. Louis, MO team.

Job Description

• entering new physician information into internal database

• research and verify address / customer details for pre-existing physicians

• submitting orders of patient samples for their warehouse to ship to the medical offices

• submitting orders of samples for their warehouse to prepare for trade shows

• could be entering 60-70 medical office orders per day; could be closer to 100-125 per day if they are entering in trade show orders

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Customer Service experience

• Data Entry experience

• Strong attention to detail

• Professional communication skills
