Data Admin Fund Analyst

Job Description

A client in the Nashville, TN area is looking for a Data Admin to sit within their Fund Administration team. This role plays a critical role in supporting the data reporting requirements of this company's financial and investment systems. This person will ensure deliverables are being maintained and met, and will also oversee requirements of both internal and external customers. This resource will get a bit of hands-on exposure to Project Management responsibilities as they will problem solve, troubleshoot, and analyze data and deliverables, and effectively communicate project timelines and deliverables with stakeholders, while also initiating, and leading, process improvement initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

• Relevant Data Administration work within a fund administration, fund accounting, investment firm or financial environment

• Strong Mutual Funds experience

• Experience overseeing the capture and reporting of data

• NAV calculation experience

• Experience researching, resolving, supporting internal and external data queries

• Able to handle data performance and reporting requests

• Local to Nashville, TN OR open to relocating to Nashville, TN and open to a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite) null
