Customer Service Representative

Description

We are in the process of recruiting a Customer Service Representative in Landenberg, Pennsylvania, United States. This role is critical in our landscaping company as it involves managing customer orders, delivering top-notch customer service, and ensuring all orders are accurately entered into our CRM system. This job offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders via email and phone communication.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers.

• Accurately enter customer orders into the CRM system.

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and other tasks.

• Schedule appointments as per customer requests.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience when dealing with customers.

• Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements - Minimum of two years' experience in a customer service role

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls

• Experience in a call center customer service environment

• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints

• Proficiency in data entry and order entry tasks

• Experience managing email correspondence with customers

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
