  • As an Associate supporting the Corporate Technology Infrastructure Finance Management Office, you will liaise with Finance & Business Managers, Architecture & Engineering and Production & Infrastructure teams specifically focused on on-prem and off-prem (public cloud) allocations. Responsibilities include management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, coordinating hardware approval meetings and support of the hardware pre-solutioning team. You will be responsible for interfacing with the Line of Business delivery teams in order to support key reporting needs for senior management.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Support CT Infrastructure Finance Management Office with the review of CT infrastructure allocations, development of monthly forecast and provide management with insight and transparency around the infrastructure expense base. The role entails partnering with the Infrastructure Program Management Office, Operate and CT Technologist to review infrastructure book of work to track project execution, identify risks and opportunities and validate optimization efforts.

    • Produce management reporting to the Corporate Technology stakeholders identifying key risks/opportunities to the budget by tower, product and application

    • Define & capture new Infrastructure Demand that is required to sponsor next year's (Cycle) Technology agenda.

    • Prepare and package the portfolio of infrastructure projects that are downloaded from IFET/QlikView into the Technology Demand Planning (TDP) tool. This includes the GTI Annual Budgeting process (3-4 months per year), which is updating the current year's remaining forecast and outlying year's budget in TDP

    • Track active and forecast demand and decoms for tracking and reporting to ensure forecasted spend is in line with \"\"Implementation Reality\"\", and any over/under is accounted for in future periods.

    • Working with application owners, engineer's and solution architect's, drive the dialogue, (Pre-Solution) to define and capture Infrastructure requirements to support DCM, Tech Refresh, EOL and New Investment initiatives.

    • Own the hardware approval life cycle process end-to-end including the hardware approval form maintenance and development

    Qualifications

    • At least 3-5 years of related experience (Business Management, Financial Management, Program Management, Controls)

    • Familiarity with Public Cloud and Private Cloud Technologies and Terms

    • Ability to envision, influence and implement comprehensive systems to solve organizational improvements

    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully engage and influence a broad range of individuals across various complex businesses and key support functions

    • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities

    • Attention to detail with logical thought process

    • Ability to learn new concepts, systems, processes and initiatives

    • Self-starter with the ability to think creatively and laterally

    • Excellent task management and organizational skills

    • Proven ability to work under pressure and within an environment of rapidly changing priorities

    • Superior time management skills and ability to prioritize both day-to-day activities and longer-term projects

    • Advance knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
