Role: Corporate Paralegal

Location: Atlanta

Compensation: $75-85k

Permanent/Full-Time need

Hybrid

Corporate Paralegal is Needed for our client located in Atlanta. In this role, you'll be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, including providing compliance support, corporate governance, pre-litigation assistance, HR assistance as well as other responsibilities. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate governance, pre-litigation, and lease administration.

This is more of a generalist role where you will work directly with the General Counsel and be involved in all aspects of the corporate legal department.

Requirements

Undergraduate degree, paralegal certification highly preferred

Prior experience in a corporate paralegal role preferred

Self-starter with excellent communication skills

Experience with corporate and transactional experience required
