An industry leading commercial construction firm located in Orlando, Florida is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. This firm has been around for 50 years and has continuously grown year over year. The Project Manager will have 2 - 3 direct reports while overseeing 1 - 2 construction projects valued at $10M+ each.

The salary is commensurate with experience up to $140K but open to negotiation. An annual performance bonus and great health/retirement benefits are also provided.

responsibilities:

• Organize and direct field and office staff assigned to the project

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with the Owner and Architect

• Have complete knowledge of General Contract and Subcontract documentation

• Establish and monitor all administrative procedures for the project

• Ensure all Project Coordinators assigned to a project are properly trained in the company's policies and procedures

• Ensure appropriate quality control procedures are established and maintained for the project

• Coordinate and direct the purchasing, engineering cost and construction functions

• Ensure that the project schedule is updated as required

• Ensure appropriate safety standards and controls are established and maintained for the project

• Ensure that applications for payment are properly submitted, payment is promptly received and funds properly disbursed
