  • Our client is seeking a Computer Operator to join their team. As a Computer Operator, you will be part of the Infrastructure team supporting the Data Center.

    Job Title: Computer Operator

    Location: Charlotte-Metro

    What's the Job?

    • Run production scheduling system to execute daily production processing.

    • Operate hardware devices including system console, tape drives, disk drives and printers.

    • Interpret console error messages and take appropriate action.

    • Observe all ongoing operations and diagnose potential problems. Notify supervisor, seek any necessary assistance, and take corrective action within scope of knowledge and authority.

    What's Needed?

    • One year of computer operation / datacenter experience in a 24/7 environment

    • Batch scheduling experience

    • Well versed with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
