    As the Commercial Sales Manager, you will provide the Sales Organization with financial expertise, commercial and proposal support for the development of Energy, service orders and projects including Master Frame Agreements, Long Term Service Agreements, complex Modification and Upgrade projects and integrated solutions opportunities. By supporting the preparation and presentation of opportunities throughout the bid process for the Gas Services North America Sales organization, you will have a direct impact with growth and future success of the business!

    How You'llMake an Impact

    • Review and analyze financial andcommercial components of internal/external customer proposals and MasterFrame Agreements.

    • Together with the Sales Lead,Project Manager and Commercial Project Manager ensure the accuracy of thecost and pricing calculation for existing contract renegotiations.

    • Participate in activities associatedwith order turnover to project implementation and alignment of customerexpectations.

    • Identify and support the developmentof strategies, efficiencies, and responsibilities to turn serviceproposals into orders and improve alignment/consistency of processes.

    • Ensure compliance with SiemensEnergy and local accounting guidelines.

    • For cross border projects: Evaluateand determine appropriate trading model in compliance with relevant taxregulations.

    • Identify any foreign currency riskwithin proposals and implement mitigation strategy.

    • Support any Guarantee, letters ofcredit or other financial instrument requirements identified during thebid phase.

    What YouBring

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business Administration/ Accounting or related field.

    • 8+ years of professional experiencein Finance.

    • Thorough understanding of FinancialReporting Standards.

    • Experience with strategic financialevaluations in long-term project business.

    • Experience within projectmanagement, marketing, or cost estimation.

    • Strong analytical skills.

    • Demonstrated ability to workeffectively in a team-oriented environment.

    • Ability to multi-task with abilityto meet all deadlines is required.

    • Candidate should be able toeffectively communicate technical financial information to non-financialinternal customers.

    • Experience and desire to automatethrough group digitalization projects.

    • Required amount of travel up to 10%(primarily domestic travel).

    • Must have valid driver's license.

    • Must have the ability to obtain aPassport.

    • Applicants must be legallyauthorized for employment in the United States without need for current orfuture employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employeeswith current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
