Adecco's Permanent Recruitment team is assisting a large manufacturing company in Middlesex County, Connecticut. We are looking for experienced CNC Machinist. This is a full time direct hire

Position Title: CNC Machinist

Pay Rate Range: $18- $28/hr. depending on experience

Schedule(s)/Hours 1st shift (7 am to 3:30 pm) Mon.- Fri.

Location: Portland, CT

Responsibilities Include:

• Operating CNC and other manufacturing machines to produce machined parts;

• Planning production by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters.

• Interpret Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances (GD&T).

• Ensuring proper dimensions and tolerance levels for the finished product.

Experience:

• 3 yrs. + experience with CNC machine operation in aerospace or medical device industry.

• Perform basic mathematical computations.

• Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances (GD&T) knowledge is required.

• Ability to use measuring equipment: calipers, micrometers, gauges, indicators etc.

Qualifications Include:

• Attention to detail and must be quality conscious

• Excellent communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
