  • We are currently partnered with a top life insurance company and they are looking to add a Supervisor to their growing team!

    Work in a high-traffic call center to effectively manage call flow, issue resolution and manage a team of representatives.

    Description

    • Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, developing and managing representatives.

    • Monitor and evaluate call interactions with customers to ensure excellent service delivery.

    • Assist in work force scheduling.

    • Take escalated calls from customers and provide guidance to representatives.

    • Track attendance and & tardiness.

    • Interact with all operational areas to resolve service issues.

    • Identify on-going training needs.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • Healthcare supervising

    • 1-2 years of Call center supervisor or team lead experience

    • Ability to resolve escalated calls

    • Experience providing coaching and constructive feedback
