    Randstad's Client in Roslyn Heights, NY is hiring a Call Center Representative to join their team! We are seeking someone with great customer service skills, a positive attitude, the ability to pick up softwares quickly, and with an adaptable personality! This position does not require prior call center experience, however, customer service experience is preferred.     salary: $20 - $21 per hour

    shift: First

    work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM

    Responsibilities

    • Answer a high volume of incoming calls from customers regarding technical issues with our products

    • Provide troubleshooting assistance and technical support to customers experiencing problems with our products or services

    • Diagnose technical issues and guide customers through the resolution process step-by-step

    • Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our call tracking system

    • Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate departments or higher-level support teams as needed

    • Follow up with customers to ensure that technical issues have been resolved satisfactorily

    • Stay up-to-date on product features, specifications, and troubleshooting techniques

    • Collaborate with other call center representatives and technical support teams to share knowledge and best practices

    • Provide feedback to management regarding recurring technical issues, customer concerns, and potential product improvements

    • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times
