    Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join their team as a Business Systems Analyst 3. As a Business Systems Analyst 3, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and implementing efficient business systems and processes to drive organizational success. The ideal candidate for the Business Systems Analyst 3 position will have a proven track record of gathering and documenting requirements, conducting thorough analysis, and translating business needs into technical solutions. This full-time role is 100% onsite with the office located near Kifer Rd and Bowers Ave, in Sunnyvale, CA.     Responsibilities

    • Implement new and enhance existing functionality, including articulating requirements and translating them into effective solutions on ~~~ and related applications.

    • Support stakeholders including Field Service, Service Contracts, Technical Support, and Customer Support.

    • Represent projects and enhancements affecting the Service Organization within the existing SFDC Center of Excellence.

    • Collaborate with existing Architects to implement SFDC Service functionality.

    • Daily interface with other analysts, business users, super users, and IT team members to support business operations and drive change management.

    • Perform configuration/system changes to meet business requirements.

    • Ensure the proper level of testing and documentation for all work.

    • Lead cross-functional meetings as part of requirements gathering, drive projects, or provide status updates on various projects.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Comfortable working in office, this is NOT a remote position

    • Hands-on configuration experience with Salesforce Field Service and/or Service Cloud

    • Minimum 10 years of overall experience, with 4-6 years specifically as a Senior Business Solution Architect

    • Experience with ServiceMax Asset 360 is highly preferred

    • Technical and functional experience is a must

    • Strong understanding and communication skills in technical areas, resembling a senior business solution architect consultant
