Business Operations Manager Responsibilities

1. Coordinate strategic planning processes, establishing our annual objectives, key results and multi-year fiscal and resource plans.

2. Lead initiatives to optimize the organization while it scales, to manage its health and enhance its culture.

3. Develop and manage communication including internal communications, business updates.

4. Drive operational excellence in the organization by identifying and executing processes that create efficiency, remove obstacles and improve operational metrics, applying Lean methodologies as needed.

5. Coordinate relationships with cross-functional partners, understanding their needs and ensuring our mechanisms and business processes drive higher levels of partnership and collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management, or a related field and 48 months of work experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must include 48 months of experience in the following skills and technologies:

2. Program or project management with strategic and operational initiatives for consumer hardware

3. Lean Management and applying lean management principles

4. Working with Tableau dashboards and pulling data queries from internal systems

5. Working with cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects with internal staff and external consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders and

6. Working with confidential information while maintaining discretion and secrecy.

Public Compensation:

$211,845/year to $233,420/year + bonus + equity + benefits
