    Business Development Manager is responsible for finding new channels of revenue for Fujitsu technologies by working with startups and enterprise partners. Prior experience in sales or business development roles is required. Ability to work with partners, and execute OEM, reseller, and licensing agreements required. Ability to articulate technology value propositions and use cases at events, briefing centers, and customer settings. Prior knowledge and experience with customer co-creation proof-of-concepts (POCs) and partner engagement are desirable. Strong customer presence and ability to speak to technology and market trends.

    Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

    • Prior experience in business development or quota-carrying sales role

    • Channel sales, Partner Sales and Marketing

    • Product/Technology positioning experience including SWOT analysis, partner identification, and GTM

    • Comfortable working in a technical environment.

    • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are needed.

    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently, apply judgment, maintain stable performance under stress and flexibility in an evolving work environment.

    • Proven presentation skills.

    • Prior work with advanced technologies - AI, Quantum computing, Blockchain, cloud computing, material sciences, etc. would be a plus

    • Prior work in corporate development would be a plus

    Experience Required:

    • 5-7 years in business development or sales role

    Education Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or Sciences. Keen sense and aptitude for technology a must.

    • MBA would be a plus
