Business Analyst - Patient Experience

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Lead IT Business Analyst to join their Patient Experience group. The resource will help to lead business product ownership responsibilities across PHI Interchange and Patient Authorization. They will lead documentation of use stories, data quality/reporting, data validation, Technical release roadmaps, attestation efficacy, and support workstreams on refinement sessions through migration, integration, patient MDM, and archival strategy. The BA should have a strong command of agile processes/JIRA, and deep experience with patient data.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years' experience as an Agile/Scrum Team Business Analyst supporting an enterprise IT organization

Demonstrated success in project management and/or SDLC approach

Deep experience with Agile, Jira, and User Stories

Proven experience leading technology initiatives related to patient .experience, patient portals, and PHI data

Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences background preferred Consent & Preference Project Experience

Patient Authorization Project Experience

Project experience related to Patient Journey
