    ??????????????The Business Analyst will play a key role in developing and scoping automation opportunities and driving optimization efforts to help the organization simplify processes and enhance its project execution and reporting capabilities. The business analyst will serve as a liaison in between the technical teams and business stakeholders. They will be responsible for soliciting and understanding business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and designs, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects and process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both business processes and technical systems, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. The business analyst must be a growth minded individual with an aptitude for learning.

    Responsibilities May Include:

    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for IT projects.

    • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.

    • Work closely with development teams to ensure that technical solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time and within budget.

    • Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

    • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams throughout the development lifecycle.

    • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and status updates to ensure alignment and transparency.

    • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating communication and managing expectations.

    • Assist in the implementation of project management best practices and methodologies within the PMO.

    • Learn or expand PowerBI skillsets to further enhance the PMO reporting capabilities.

    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and project management.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field

    • 3 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in an IT environment

    • Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project)

    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically

    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of database management systems and data analysis techniques

    • Certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
