Business Analyst

Job Description

An employer is seeking a Business Analysts to work full time for an equipment rental company in Fort Mill, SC. These BAs will act as a liaison between IT and stakeholders by identifying and documenting stakeholder needs, providing business requirements for

technical implementation and overseeing the implementation of solutions that meet and/or exceed expectations.

Skills and Requirements

7-10+ years of strictly technical Business Analyst Experience

Previous experience working on data integration projects, data mapping experience

Strong SQL experience (complex queries, query the database metadata, data validations)

API experience, source to target mappings for APIs using JSON or XML

Experience gathering requirements and writing documentation ( BRDS, FSDS, User Stories)

Experience within waterfall and agile methodologies

Background in various industries (banking, retail, logistics, rental, healthcare, etc.)

Experience in multiple disciplines (App Dev/SDLC, Infrastructure, Database, Datawarehousing, ERP, etc.)

Experience with Jira/Confluence for requirements tracking

Diagramming experience using Visio, or similar tool (data flows, business process diagrams, entity relationship diagrams) Experience using Salesforce or BlueYonder for integrations

Agile SAFe or Scrum Master Certification null
