Building Maintenance position in Eatonton Ga Candidate will perform activities relating to day-to-day operation and maintenance, includiing painting and repair of the building, grounds, equipment, and support systems. The maintenance technician performs relatively general duties and tasks to help maintain a safe envrionment. High School Diploma or Equivalent Valid Georgia DL Must be available off-shift and weekends for emergency situation calls via the schedule.

salary: $35,360 - $41,000 per year

Responsibilities

Services and maintains the buildings, equipment, alarm systems, grounds and building support

systems

Knowledge of the use and care of commonly used equipment and tools.

Performs general maintenance duties and minor level repair-work on a variety of systems:

plumbing electrical, heating, air conditioning, facilities, and equipment.

Maintains grounds: cuts grass, edges, trimming, etc.

Must be available off-shift and weekends for emergency situation calls via the schedule.
