Position : Building Maintenance Tech

Location : San Jose, CA

Schedule : 7:30AM - 4:00PM | Monday - Friday

Pay Rate : $25.00 - $30.00/HR

Responsibilities:

• Perform general building upkeep, including changing batteries, lightbulbs, troubleshooting equipment, painting, hanging wall decor, moving furniture, etc.

• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for larger building repairs and projects.

• Ensure repairs are completed correctly and within the required timeframe.

• Assist front desk associates as needed.

• Assist with general office & equipment tasks, including loading paper into printers/copiers, changing toners, connecting new phones, restocking the breakroom and restrooms, etc.

• Complete other tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in general building maintenance.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of building systems and equipment.
