Job Description
Position Highlights
Manage end-to-end monthly expense invoices and budget forecasting/planning processes for the business line
Receive and process vendor invoices through the accounts payable system
Manage, maintain, and align contracts to expenses, track contract renewals
Manage and maintain all databases related to contracts, invoices, budget plan and forecast by entering, verifying, and backing up data
Develops and maintains spreadsheets for financial analysis
Manage and align monthly actuals to forecast files
Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
Research and resolve discrepancies and errors related to business line and financial reporting systems
Improve financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending improvements to business lines
Prepare a variety of management presentations, reports and projects based on analyses
The candidate will be expected to maintain a working partnership with line of business leadership and Finance
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Five or more years of related experience
Preferred Skills and Experience
Strong understanding of business financial analysis, forecasting, planning and general accounting procedures
Thorough knowledge in financial analysis, forecasting and planning
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong technical skills related to data mining and visualization tools (Microsoft Excel, Pivot Table analysis, PowerPoint, Workday, Essbase)
Hybrid/flexible schedule
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $116,280.00 - $136,800.00 - $150,480.00
