The Opportunity

Join us today as a Benefits Service Specialist! HUB PR's Benefits Service Specialist works closely with the Account Executive to ensuretop of the line service. Functions as partner with the Account Executive to manage and provide service to clients and actively interact with insurance companies. Sense of urgency, attention to detail and to be customer oriented is essential to comply with our service standards.

A day in the life...

• Adviseand assistclients, answer benefit questions, and enroll employees in benefit programs.

• Distribute benefit enrollment materials.

• Assist with open enrollments.

• Process benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations in a timely and accurate manner.

• Assistclient's employees with benefits-related issues and questions and provide excellent customer service.

• Collaborate with insurance providers, benefits vendors, and vendors, ensuring smooth operations.

What you will need for success

• Bachelor's or associate degree

• Minimum of one year of experience with benefits administration

• Preferred experience with Benefit Point

• PHR or SHRM-CP
