If you are located in Minneapolis, MN, you will have the flexibility to work from home and in the office in this hybrid role* as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide support and strategic counsel on a wide variety of matters including, regulatory compliance and oversight, contracts, STARs, the Inflation Reduction Act, and finance
Collaborate with colleagues across the legal, compliance, and regulatory affairs departments

Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate degree
Current, active licensure
3+ years of experience as a licensed attorney
Demonstrated familiarity with the Medicare Program
Demonstrate familiarity with the Federal False Claims Act and Federal Anti-Kickback Statute
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant legal experience in health care
Insurance, regulatory, or other healthcare experience
Experience providing strategic legal advice as an associate in a law firm setting or as in house counsel
Experience with regulatory agencies
Demonstrated understanding of business problems related to assigned legal projects and ability to evaluate and determine appropriate course of legal action
Proven success in collaborating across a matrixed legal department
Well-developed presentation skills
Ability to drive results
Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented workplace
Ability to prioritize and work effectively under time constraints
Ability to build and maintain rapport with superiors, peers, and subordinates
Required Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid work ethic
Comfortable taking direction, and accountability for assigned legal projects
