Assembler - 18-21/hr.

We are looking for a hardworking individual with a great attitude to join our team of assemblers manufacturing medical device tubing. This is a great opportunity to join a highly reputable company with a great benefits package and many growth opportunities.

Must have prior medical device or relevant production experience.

Description:

• Manufacturer of medical device tubing

• Assembling various types of custom tubing using hand tools and assembling under microscopes

• Coiling and packaging tubing

• Meet schedules and priorities, have excellent attention to detail, initiative, work well within a team, and have the ability to produce consistently high-quality results

• Reading and interpreting manufacturing procedures, engineering drawings, and inspection procedures and comply with their requirements

• Ability to learn new equipment and processes, and quickly demonstrate proficiency in their operation

• Document material transfers, completion of manufacturing steps and verification

• Ensure that processes and materials are in compliance with quality system requirements

• Build medical product assemblies with a level of quality, consistency, and speed to meet the design specifications and production schedules

• Ability to evaluate personal work space, equipment, and tooling to ensure it is in compliance with specifications and procedures

• Operation of all equipment including but not limited to Split die, Braider, Laminator, Pad Printer, RF Tipper, Coiler

Compensation:

• $18-$19/HR on Day Shift

• $20-$21/HR on Swing Shift

Shifts:

• Day Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm

• Swing Shift: Monday - Friday 4:00pm - 1:30am
