    • Own and access your team; prioritize how to spend your time.

    • Create and implement key sales and business development initiatives to improve awareness of Oracle HCM and increase the sales pipeline.

    About your background and qualifications

    • You demonstrate sound independent judgment, initiative, teamwork, and leadership with ability to empower and drive successful teams and results!

    • You exhibit outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills!

    • Your management experience has a proven record of accomplishment of selling to large, sophisticated accounts, working with C-level executives, qualifying prospects, solving problems, and generating positive customer outcomes. A consistent record.

    • Must have: Public Sector sales and leadership experience in one or more of the following industries: State & Local Government, Higher Education, and large Healthcare with HCM experience.

    Manages and develops a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process. May handle a Regional Manager or Branch Manager. Sells and promotes the sales of Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale. Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Builds working relationships with license, consulting and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans. Develops and implement a territory plan to improve revenue. Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis. Handles customer issues. Conducts weekly progress meetings with sales team.

    US: Hiring Range: from $152,200 to $314,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55.

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
