OneFourTwo Design Group is a full-service design firm, partnered with the ARCO Family of Companies. Our team provides services including Creative Design, Project Management, Master Planning, Interior Design, and Structural Analysis and Engineering. We are looking for a detail-oriented Architectural Designer, who is passionate about the design process, to join our team in Charlotte, NC.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Assist with site and space planning for construction project managers

• Research building codes, local zoning, and business park covenants

• Prepare presentation drawings, diagrams, and renderings to clearly convey design ideas

• Review project scope with construction project managers

• Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction

• Review and coordinate construction documents with construction project managers and consultants

• Develop preliminary designs into construction documents

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field, plus 2-5 years of relevant experience

• Revit experience required

• Ability to develop presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations) required

• Experience producing construction drawings is required

• Standard office software (Photoshop, Word, etc.) experience preferred

• AutoCAD and Lumion/Sketchup experience preferred
