Accounts Payable Clerk

Description

We are offering a role in the hospitality industry located in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. The role is for an Accounts Payable Clerk who will be responsible for many tasks including processing accounts payable invoices and managing vendor relationships. This role provides a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Assist with the matching and batching of invoices

• Manage vendor relationships, addressing any issues or queries

• Handle employment reimbursement processes

• Use software such as Excel for data entry and invoice processing

• Utilize Oracle and QuickBooks for various accounting tasks

• Perform account reconciliation to ensure accurate record-keeping

• Conduct check runs as part of the payment process

• Adhere to coding invoices according to the company's system

• Maintain detailed and organized records for audit purposes.

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Solid experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Hands-on experience with Check Runs

• Familiarity with Coding Invoice

• Experience with Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Oracle system

• Experience with QuickBooks software

• Understanding of SAP system

• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
