    We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounting Manager with a focus on accounts receivables for large dollar figure accounts ($25 million dollar plus) to join our organization team and take ownership of our accounts receivable functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record of maximizing cash collection while minimizing delinquencies. In this role you will collaborate closely with customers and various departments to streamline billing processes, monitor payment trends, and implement strategies to accelerate cash flow.

    You will make impact with the following responsibilities:

    • Managing the accounts receivable process from invoicing to payment collection, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every step.

    • Monitoring aging reports and identifying overdue accounts, proactively contacting customers to secure payment and resolve outstanding balances.

    • Collaborating with Customers, Sales, Project Management, and other departments to address billing discrepancies and resolve payment issues promptly.

    • Analyzing customer payment trends and developing strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO).

    • Generating financial reports and providing insights to management on collection metrics, and potential risks.

    • Implementing best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in revenue management operations.

    • Conducting regular reviews of credit terms and limits, assessing creditworthiness, and recommending adjustments as needed.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.

    • 5 plus years of experience in accounts receivable, collections or a similar role in a corporate or finance environment.

    • Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Knowledge of GAAP principles and revenue recognition standards preferred.

    • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.

    The pay range for this position is $87,000 - $149,200. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
