Accounting Clerk

Description

Robert Half has partnered with a successful, real estate firm on their search for an Accounting Clerk with timberline software experience. This candidate will provide accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department by processing vendor invoices, completing accounts payable transactions, assisting with daily cash management, posting general ledger activities, performing financial analysis, and fulfilling additional accounting related request. Ultimately, the successful Accounting Clerk will assist with providing thorough accounting support to the finance team and utilizing/implementing internal accounting procedures within compliance with US GAAP.

Requirements

The ideal Accounting Clerk will preferably have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.

Other requirements for the Accounting Clerk role include and are not limited to

• 1+ years of AP/AR experience

• Timberline experience preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel

• High attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills
