Most of your designs will be unique, and you will usually beworking on several projects at one time in a dynamic, challenging, and even funenvironment. Many designs are "blanksheet of paper," with few analogs or comparisons. This position will provideyou with an exciting opportunity to lead and manage Machine Design projects aspart of a multi-discipline team of professionals. We are looking for a MachineDesign engineer who will work to ensure client satisfaction and deliver key MachineDesign projects within scope, budget, and schedule. You should be aself-motivated professional with at least 10 years of progressive Machine Designexperience.

Independently plans, schedules, conducts orcoordinates detailed phases of engineering work through the selection andadaptation or modification of techniques, procedures, and criteria.
Analyzes complex features of the work andapplies machine design principles and practices, or devises new approaches inproblem solutions.
Thoroughly reviews all results from assignedtasks and determine if outputs are complete, correct, integrated with projectobjectives, and adequately documented.
Develops and presents technical reports, 3Dconcepts, presentations, and calculations to project management and Clients.
Coordinates and formally reviews the work ofothers for techniques and technical approach.
Evaluates and defines interfaces with otherdisciplines, working closely with structural, mechanical process, controls andinstrumentation, and aerodynamics/fluid dynamics engineers.
