  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as aninterface with acustomer sub-group such as Sales and Service for the purpose of business technology alignment, solution discovery, service management, project portfolio management and relationship management.

    • Analyzes business requirements or issues, converts analysis to functional specifications, and designs solutions to meet cross functional business requirements or resolve issues. Perform and document software application configuration, prepare and execute testingscenarios and scripts (unit, integration, performance, regression acceptance) anddata conversions.

    • As needed, provides business application functional support servicesto meet performance, availability, customer service level agreement, and customer satisfaction targets. Oversees and/or completes root cause analysis and resolution of complex outagesor incident trends working with infrastructure and technical teams, support providers and application vendors. Recommends and executes required corrective actions. Participate in evaluation and recommendation of patches, point releases, major upgrades and new systems.

    • Delivers projects in area of responsibility within allocated budget. May be responsible for development of budgets for small to mid size projects and/or for timely renewal of maintenance and subscription contracts.

    • Adheres to and guides junior staff and contingent workers to adhere to GIS project management, software application development, testing, service management, change management, RCAand other relevant processes, standards, governance and controls. May manage execution of sox controls and testing and support internal and external audits.

    • Plan and managesmall to medium sized business applicationprojectsto ensure effective and efficient execution in line withguardrails of scope, timeline, budget and quality. May serve as a team lead on a larger, complex project.

    • Oversees/manages contingent workers performing project and/or support services. Responsible for the selection, on boarding and off boarding of contingent workers in a timely manner. Mange contingent worker project/task assignments and ensure work product quality. Approves contingent worker time sheets/cost.

    • Strong experience in SAP CRM Service Management as a functional consultant.

    • Excellent interpersonal, oral, presentation, and written communication skills.

    • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.

    • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Strong results orientation (driving to deadlines, project goals, etc.).

    • Document clear and complete requirements for solutions of any scope and complexity.

    • Provide functional knowledge of SAP systems and data.

    • SAP CRM Service Management Experience

    • Web UI, Fiori / UI5, ALE /IDOCs, LSMW, RFC Interfaces knowledge

    • Business Process knowledge to include: Field Service / Service Contracts / Entitlements / Service Orders / Returns / Repairs

    • Understanding of ECC SD & CO integration and downstream logistics flows

    • SAP Functionality includes: Functional Locations, Labor Confirmations / Installed Base, Serial Numbers, Equipment, iObjects

    • ECC Plant maintenance (PM) experience (nice to have)

    • Techno-functional experience a plus

    • 7+ years of SAP CRM Service experience with a Bachelor's Degree
