Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency. Provides business practices and processes. May be involved with compensation and bonus process. Manage no less than two direct reports.
Directs and ensures the implementation of operational policies through subordinate managers. Interacts internally and externally with executive management, providing negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired.

The Senior Director of Online SaaS Renewals will be responsible for online SaaS renewals through the renewal store. As the business owner for the renewal store the candidate will be responsible for ensuring that customers and partners can sucessfully transact online eligible renewals.
The role covers all areas of the online SaaS renewals including the processes and front line support. The candidate needs to working with stakeholders including, executive management, regional renewals teams, finance, order management, and global business practices. They will be responsible for architecting and documenting new processes for corporate initiatives and overseeing their implementation, training & communications. This candidate will work at a senior level as a trusted advisor to all interested parties. The work is non-routine and complex, involving the application of advanced technical/ business skills.
Lead a team of business analysts, project managers, and support staff
Manage projects and enhancements in the renewal store
Liaise with stakeholders to prioritize and define projects and enhancements to OAL
Be an advocate for online SaaS renewal transactions
Keep the tool up to date with latest products and regional requirements.
Serve as a liaison with other divisions to ensure complete, thorough and effective business processes.
Ensure that all new processes meet or exceed the requirements of stakeholders.
